Notice of the Start of Project Implementation: “Strengthening the Competitiveness of A.N. Pek Company Through Investments in Digital and Green Transition”
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund – Recovery Assistance for Cohesion and the Territories of Europe “REACT-EU”.
Project Description
In November 2021, the company A.N. Pek d.o.o. signed a Grant Agreement for the project “Strengthening the Competitiveness of A.N. Pek Company Through Investments in Digital and Green Transition.” The project received co-financing through a call for project proposals for the allocation of grants under the “Strengthening the Competitiveness of Companies Through Investments in Digital and Green Transition” program, Reference Number: KK.11.1.1.01, implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. The project is co-financed through the Recovery Assistance for Cohesion and the Territories of Europe “REACT-EU” instrument.
The project consists of several components: 1) Procurement of a technologically advanced production line for bakery and confectionery products, 2) Innovation of production processes, 3) Innovation in business organization, 4) Project management, and 5) Promotion and visibility. The successful implementation of the project will strengthen the competitiveness of A.N. Pek by transitioning to sustainable, green, digital, and resilient business practices.
Objectives and Expected Results of the Project
The specific objective of the project is to increase competitiveness through the expansion of production capacity, improvement of production technologies, and the implementation of digital and green technological solutions.
The general objective of the project is to contribute to the green and digital transition and enhance the resilience of A.N. Pek to address market challenges resulting from the crisis caused by the spread of coronavirus.
Successful project implementation will enable the achievement of the following results: increased production capacity, improved production technologies, and the introduction of digital and green technological solutions.
Project implementation will contribute to the digital and green transition of the company, doubling production capacity in the bakery and confectionery segment, automating production technologies, innovating production and business processes (ERP), producing higher value-added products, enhancing the company’s ability to respond to market challenges brought about by the coronavirus crisis, increasing energy and resource efficiency, and reducing waste.

n June 2023, the company ANPEK d.o.o. successfully completed the project “Strengthening the Competitiveness of A.N. Project implementation contributed to the company’s digital and green transition, a 100% increase in production capacity in the bakery and confectionery segment, automation of production technologies, innovation of production and business processes (ERP), production of higher value-added products, enhanced ability to respond to market challenges posed by the coronavirus crisis, increased energy and resource efficiency, and reduced waste.
